Moser Baer Entertainment’s ‘Kanden Kadhalai’ is expected to be released in the first week of September. It is said that 75% of the shooting of the movie is over and the team will soon start off to Madurai, Kodaikanal, Moonar, Coorg for canning the song sequences. By the end of this month ‘Kanden Kadhalai’ will commence its shooting. The first week of August will witness the music launch of the movie.

‘Kanden Kadhalai’ is directed by Kannan of ‘Jayam Kodaan’ fame and the story is by Imtiaz Ali who wrote the Hindi original ‘Jab We Met’. The Lyrics team include Yugbharathi, Na Muthukumar, Madhan Karki (Vairamuthu's son) and Pa Vijay while the Producer is V.M. Lalitha of Blue Ocean Entertainment.
